Mautic is a community-driven project that lets you manage and automate marketing campaigns within a decentralized, open network. It is a free libre open source software alternative to HubSpot or Mailchimp, which can be self-hosted. You can create and track emails, landing pages, forms, social media campaigns, and workflows, as well as manage contacts and lead journeys. Mautic gives you access to your campaigns, analytics, and automation everywhere, from a web interface or the wide range of compatible integrations for every platform. Mautic marketing automation is available on all Android and iOS devices via compatible applications, and on desktop computers for unlimited use.

# Mautic + SMTP service

The Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) is an Internet standard communication protocol for electronic mail transmission. Mail servers and other message transfer agents use SMTP to send and receive mail messages.

When you use Mautic for marketing automation, it is important to have a qualitative SMTP service that will not be flagging the emails you sent as spam. The integration of an SMTP package is done by our team once you request your instance to make it easier for you to focus on getting more leads and less on technical maintenance of your Mautic instance.
